This weekend, it's Emerald City Comicon

Emerald City Comicon kicks off today and continues through Sunday at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle.

• Image Comics has announced their panel schedule and list o' exclusives (rub the blood!), and we know they'll have one official announcement for the Tim Seeley/Mike Norton comic we've been teasing. They'll also have the Walking Dead Compendium hardcover.

• Dark Horse Comics will host several signings and panels at the show, including spotlights on Brian Wood, Rick Remender, Steve Niles and Axe Cop.

• DC Comics editors Mike Marts, Ben Abernathy, Brian Cunningham, Rachel Gluckstern and Shelly Bond will be on hand to moderate DC's panels.

BOOM! Studios will have several folks associated with their red-hot Adventure Time comic book at the show, including creator Pendleton Ward. They'll also have Sam Humphries, Daryl Gregory and many more, plus lots of variant cover comics.

• The Hero Initiative will be bowling for dollars tonight in conjunction with the show.

• ComiXology will once again give away free copies of the Walking Dead Vol.1 at their booth.

• Jhonen Vasquez will have prints and Johnny the Homicidal Maniac headshots at the Topatoco booth.

• Greg Rucka will have Lady Sabre T-shirts for sale at the con.

• Joëlle Jones will have some specially designed prints at the show.

• The Skullkickers crew will debut the hardcover Skullkickers Treasure Trove at the show.

• Artist Calamity Jon will have a sketchbook for his new webcomic, as well as $1 pie sketches.

• Benjamin Dewey of the great webcomic Tragedy Series will have "prints, drawings and knick-knacks" at the show.
