This Nightmarish "Batman: Arkham Knight" Trailer Will Get Under Your Skin

During Sony PlayStation's presentation at 2015's E3 conference, a new extended look at "Batman: Arkham Knight" was unleashed. The clip starts off slow with creepy closeups of the Joker's personal effects while "Under My Skin" plays in the background and the clip ends in a nightmare scenario with zombie-like Scarecrows attacking bystanders in a diner.

A bit of world-building takes place in between those two villain-centric moments; Commissioner Gordon's "this is how the Batman died" voiceover, which was also included in a TV spot from last week, continues in this new clip and details how the crime rate actually decreased in the wake of Joker's cremation. But, judging by that whole Scarecrow diner fiasco, it looks like a crime surge is coming.

"Batman: Arkham Knight" launches on June 23 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
