A Place Further Than The Universe is a genuinely encouraging and authentically engaging story about four high school students who live very mediocre routine lives and hate their life situation. They're tired of where and who they are, and want to see something change in life. They desire to experience something more in life but are afraid to take the initiative and do it. It's a story about taking that step out of the comfort zone and actually moving towards something that they want to experience.

The four start their journey towards Antarctica, going through training to be able to survive in Antarctica and passing by popular tourist destinations such as Singapore and Australia. The series is filled with heartwarming and emotional moments every episode which includes a beautiful insert song every time, making the experience feel extraordinarily distinctive from the usual anime series.

The characters have no idea what's next for them at every step of the adventure. They don't know anything about their destination or what it's like to be there. However, they enjoy the full experience of the journey every step of the way, including their first time flying on an airplane. Audiences that feel anxious about traveling and can't find the encouragement to step out of their comfort zones and begin that adventure that they've always wanted to go on can strongly resonate with this A Place Further Than The Universe.
