Although the Clash of the Titans sequel, Wrath of the Titans, won't be released until March, Warner Bros. already has gotten the stone rolling, Sisyphus-style, for a third installment. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the studio has tapped Wrath writers Dan Mazeau and David Leslie Johnson to work on the next film.
Obviously the details are close to non-existent, considering the very early nature of the project, but Sam Worthington's Perseus will most likely take center stage again. The trade paper's source also asserts that Agenor, a sidekick character in the second film played by RocknRolla's Toby Kebbell, will most likely return for the third installment.
Wrath will star returning Greek gods played by Liam Neeson, Ralph Fiennes and Danny Huston, as well as new characters played by Bill Nighy, Edgar Ramirez and Rosamund Pike.
