Thief of Thieves will return in July from Skybound Entertainment and Image Comics for its final arc.

Created by Robert Kirkman, the series launched in 2012 with writer Nick Spencer and artist Shawn Martinbrough, telling the story of Conrad Paulson, a master thief who decides to change careers, and instead steal from other thieves. The comic has been on hiatus since late 2016.

When it returns with Issue 38, Brett Lewis (The Winter Men, Bulletproof Monk) will take the reins as the writer for the final storyline. You can see a preview of the issue, with art by Martinbrough and colorist Adriano Lucas, below.

AMC, home to The Walking Dead, optioned the television rights to Thief of Thieves in 2012, but there's been little public movement on the adaptation since then. The property is also serving of the basis for a video game from Rival Games, centering on Conrad Paulson's apprentice, Celia.
