The Walking Dead Trailer Tease Promises 'A New World Is Coming'

The last season of The Walking Dead ended with Rick Grimes and his allies finally defeating Negan and the Saviors, effectively putting an end to the "All-Out War" storyline. When Season 9 begins, the time will come to rebuild once again, and for the various groups of survivors to learn to live with one another.

Ahead of the full Season 9 trailer premiere which is set to arrive tomorrow, AMC has released a trailer tease for what is to come next season on the zombie drama series. While the war is over, the teaser still carries ominous overtones as Negan and Michonne are heard, speaking of the fragile nature of the new world order.

Season 9 is also poised to introduce some sort of "Civil War" dispute between Rick and Maggie. With confirmation that both actors are set to depart the series this year, Norman Reedus is set to become the new leading man of The Walking Dead.

We'll learn more about the upcoming season during the Fear The Walking Dead/The Walking Dead panel presentation at Comic-Con International this Friday, which is scheduled to take place Friday at 11:15 am PST.
