AMC's The Walking Dead has been quite an emotional rollercoaster for fans over the years, one filled with gore, violence and oh, yeah, death. So, where do you go for the next big shocker? Well, when the show resumes its eighth season, it will feature a naked zombie.
According to executive producer, Greg Nicotero, fans will get an eyeful when the series returns on Feb. 25. “There’s an episode where we did our first fully nude walker," he teased in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. "We’ve never done that before."
It's anyone's guess as to when, exactly, this scene will pop up, whether it'll be a full-frontal shot, or if the walker will be male or female. One thing's for sure, though; whenever the nude zombie does arrive, it will raise quite a bit of commentary on social media.
The Walking Dead's eighth season will pick back up with Rick, Maggie, Daryl and company continuing their alliance with the Kingdom and Hilltop in an all-out war against Negan's saviors. Before fans get to this nude walker though, they'll first have to get over the impending death of Carl Grimes, the latest blow to the survivors' post-apocalyptic hopes.
The Walking Dead returns February 25 at 9 p.m. on AMC. The show stars Andrew Lincoln as Rick Grimes, Norman Reedus as Daryl Dixon, Lauren Cohan as Maggie Rhee, Chandler Riggs as Carl Grimes, Danai Gurira as Michonne, Melissa McBride as Carol Peletier, Lennie James as Morgan Jones, Alanna Masterson as Tara Chambler, Josh McDermitt as Eugene Porter, Christian Serratos as Rosita Espinosa and Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Negan.
