Season 6 of "The Walking Dead" ended with one of the most brutal cliffhangers of the series, leaving us to ponder for the summer: Who did Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) kill? We'll have to wait until Season 7 premieres for that answer, and AMC is going to great, unprecedented lengths to make sure the cliffhanger isn't spoiled as Season 7 films this summer in Atlanta.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, "The Walking Dead" has filmed a death scene with all 11 cast members to ensure that the cliffhanger isn't revealed early. The producers and director of the episode will reportedly then select the character who does indeed die at the hands (or, rather, bat) of Lucille.

Possible victims, and characters at the knees of Negan in the final moment of Season 6 included: Carl (Chandler Riggs), Rick (Andrew Lincoln), Michonne (Danai Gurira), Eugene (Josh McDermitt), Maggie (Lauren Cohan), Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green), Daryl (Norman Reedus), Arron (Ross Marquand), Rosita (Christian Serratos), Abraham (Michael Cudlitz) and Glenn (Steven Yeun). The report posits that a death scene was filmed with each of the characters.

Showrunner Scott Gimple previously addressed the issue of spoilers, saying, "With the advent of drones, it can become such a game of cat and mouse that as far as sneaking a peek at the actors walking to set, we want to just keep our actors safe and the people who might be looking safe - like [when they're] in the street."
