Parks and Recreations star Adam Scott is about to take a trip into terror, as he will be starring in an episode of CBS All Access' revival of The Twilight Zone, in an episode that may retell a classic tale from the original 1959 series.

As detailed by TVLine, Scott will star in an episode entitled "Nightmare at 30,000 Feet," which may be a remake of the classic series episode "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet." At the moment, details regarding the episode's plot and Scott's role in it are not yet available, but from the sound of the title it may stick very close to plot of the original version.

One of the most famous episodes of The Twilight Zone, "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet" starred then-newcomer William Shatner as a man recovering from a mental breakdown who tries to warn his fellow passengers on an airplane that a gremlin is on one of the wings and that they're all in danger.

However, the true horror of the story stems from the question as to whether or not the monster is real, as none of the other people on the plane are able to see it, giving the tale a more psychological twist. The episode received a big-screen adaptation as part of 1983's Twilight Zone: The Movie, which played up the more nightmarish elements. The story has also been parodied on shows like The Simpsons and Johnny Bravo.

While remakes of classic episodes from the original series are nothing new in Twilight Zone revivals, a more modern take on this iconic story presents several opportunities to really play up the scares.
