The Muppets Studio has a new logo and brings with it a promise of more content to come on Disney's streaming service.

The new design was shared on social media, along with the message, "Curtains up on our shiny new logo for The Muppets Studio! Keep an eye out for it on new projects like Muppets Haunted Mansion this fall on Disney+."

Muppets Haunted Mansion was announced this past June as the franchise's first Halloween special. Described as "a terrifying tale of total scariness," the special will see consummate daredevil Gonzo the Great take on the challenge of spending the night in the eponymous Haunted Mansion, complete with "a star-studded Muppets cast, celebrity cameos, all-new music and spooky fun for families to enjoy together."

Currently, the Muppets star in the unscripted sketch show Muppets Now, the first season of which premiered last year on Disney+. The streaming service also plays host to all five seasons of The Muppet Show that ran from 1976-1981, albeit with a negative depictions disclaimer in front of 18 of the episodes. A prior attempt to re-establish the Muppets' TV presence was the 2015 mockumentary series The Muppets, which aired for one 16-episode season before being canceled.
