WWE's Sasha Banks recently stepped outside of the squared circle to star in Disney+'s The Mandalorian. She appeared in "Chapter 11: The Heiress," making her Star Wars debut as Koska Reeves alongside Katee Sackhoff's live-action version of Bo-Katan Kryze.

During the episode, Banks removes her Mandalorian helmet, revealing her character's unique hairstyle. According to Banks, Reeves' cross-braid was the idea of her hairstylist, Maria Sandoval. The initial idea for the recognizable look stemmed from Sandoval's desire to create an easily identifiable look that little girls could use to cosplay as Reeves.

"That was all the hair stylist's idea. She just loves Star Wars; her name is Maria Sandoval. She's been working with them for years," Banks told The Hollywood Reporter. "So she just wanted to make something so unique and different because she wanted little girls to cosplay me. And I've already seen so many girls tag me in pictures. It's so awesome."

Directed by Bryce Dallas Howard, Banks' episode saw the titular Mandalorian meet and team up with Bo-Katan Kryze, Koska Reeves and Axe Woves. Together, they attempt to capture an Imperial ship and its weapons to support war efforts to reconquer Mandalore.

Created by Jon Favreau, The Mandalorian stars Pedro Pascal, with guest stars Gina Carano, Carl Weathers and Giancarlo Esposito. Directors for the new season include Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Bryce Dallas Howard, Rick Famuyiwa, Carl Weathers, Peyton Reed and Robert Rodriguez.
