Ahsoka Tano joined the lineup of The Mandalorian characters to receive a Season 2 poster.

Ahsoka Tano, the beloved character from Star Wars Rebels and Star Wars: The Clone Wars, recently made her live-action debut in The Mandalorian. Tano (Rosario Dawson) entered the series in Season 2, Episode 5, "The Jedi." Tano's poster was revealed on Twitter.

Tano's poster depicts her looking stern and confident. Additionally, her two iconic white lightsabers can be seen just barely at the bottom of the image, crossing into an X-shape.

Ahsoka was not the first character to receive a poster for the latest season of The Mandalorian. Characters such as Bo-Katan received their own similarly stylized posters following their prominent debuts in the Star Wars series. Even the series antagonist, Moff Gideon, received his own poster.

The choice to create character-specific posters is a reflection of the show's episodic nature, which frequently spotlights a new character per episode. With Din Djarin's quest having him hopping frequently between planets, the cast seems to grow larger with every episode.

"Chapter 13: The Jedi" centered its story around Ahsoka Tano, somewhat eclipsing Djarin as her mission to defeat the magistrate came into larger focus. Despite a prior mention of her imminent arrival from Bo-Katan, many fans were surprised by her sudden appearance at the beginning of the episode.

Tano's character first appeared within 2008's Star Wars: The Clone Wars, played by Ashley Eckstein. The actor would reprise her role in the popular animated series of the same name, which ran for seven seasons. Star Wars: The Clone Wars debuted its finale in May. Tano became the leading character by the show's final season. Tano even returned as a supporting role in Star Wars: Rebels. Eckstein also contributed the voice of Ahsoka Tano to Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, being one of the many Jedi voices urging Rey to stand up and defeat Darth Sidious.

Although Eckstein did not portray her animated character in live-action, unlike Bo-Katan's Katee Sackhoff, Dawson's portrayal was positively received by Star Wars fans.

Created by Jon Favreau, The Mandalorian stars Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Carl Weathers and Giancarlo Esposito. New episodes arrive Fridays on Disney+.
