Go follow Comics Should Be Good on Twitter (if you have Twitter, that is - if you don't, you can go sign up). Here is our Twitter page... http://twitter.com/csbg. And here are the Comics Should Be Good writers who are on Twitter (the links go to the person's Twitter account) - myself, Greg Hatcher, Chad Nevett, Kelly Thompson, Bill Reed, Greg Burgas, Sonia Harris, Melissa K. and Ken H.

I update the blog's Twitter account updates whenever a new post is put up on the blog, so it's an easy way to keep up with the blog. In addition, I post new content on the blog's Twitter account.

Now on to the bit!

So every week, I ask a question here. You reply to it on our Twitter page (just write @csbg with your reply) and our blog sketch artists will each pick one of your suggestions and I will post them here every week. So every week you will have a new question and you will see the choices picked from the previous week. Here is an archive of all the previous editions of The Line It Is Drawn!

To qualify, you have to be following us when you reply - so go follow us and then give your answer to the following question/challenge (All suggestions due by Noon Pacific Friday).

The topic is...

Time to get your creative juices flowing! This week's topic is Rejected Children's Books Starring Comic Characters. How Ant-Man Ruined Christmas, Thanos' Rainy Day Activity Book, stuff like that

Read on for the sketches that came about courtesy of the last question/challenge!

With the new Star Trek film out this week, the theme is to team-up/mash-up comic book characters with Star Trek characters!

Enjoy!

I'll put them in alphabetical order based on the name of the Twitter user who made the suggestion.

Before we begin, I'd like to take the opportunity to say goodbye to one of our Liners. Phil Sevy is just so busy on various comic projects (which is awesome and well deserved) that he doesn't think that he has enough time to remain a member of the group. We'll miss you, Phil! Be sure to follow Phil at his website to see what he has coming up in the future (although I'll be sure to plug it here, as well)!

As one Liner exits, a new Liner enters. Please welcome the newest Liner, Robert Rath! Here is Robert's website. Here is Robert's first piece, based on a Thiefofhearts suggestion of

Captain Kirk and Adam Strange go to an alien bar

Great debut, Robert!

Okay, on with the rest of the show!

Power Girl mashed with Seven of Nine

Axel Medellin drew this one. His website is here.

BigMike20X6 suggested:

No longer the "new kid," Paul Hostetler did the art for this one. Here is his website.

BigMike20X6 and TheHeroBiz suggested:

Charles Evans (Charlie X) joins the X-Men

Chaz is the artist for this one.

BigMike20X6 suggested:

Captain Kirk, Adam Strange, Starlord & Spaceman Spiff form a team

Sean McFarland is the artist for this one. Here is his website.

Cynthia "Thea" Rodgers drew this one. Her website is here. Amanda Rodgers shot a man in Reno, just to watch him die. When she hears the whistle blowing, she hangs her head and cries ('cuz she's stuck in Folsom Prison, in case you didn't know). When she finished crying, she took time out of her business prison schedule to color the below piece. When you have the chance to move a little farther down the line, be sure to check out her website here.

KeithAlanMorgan suggested:

Kirk and crew as students at Riverdale High.

Bill Walko drew this one. His website is here.

TheHeroBiz suggested:

the Evil Superfriends from "Universe of Evil" mashed up with the evil Enterprise from "Mirror, Mirror"

Xum Yukinori drew this one. Here is his website.

VichusSmith suggested:

Shazam-Spock and Supes-Kirk

Nick Perks is the artist for this one. Here is his website.

Great work, everybody! We'll miss you, Phil! Welcome to the party, Robert!
