The Legends of Tomorrow show that not even William Shakespeare is immune to their shenanigans in a promo for the upcoming episode, "Romeo v Juliet: Dawn of Justness."

As the promo begins, Gideon reveals that no record of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet exists and that the famous playwright is now penning superhero productions. This is followed by scenes involving the Legends in action as they try to fix history once again.

"Romeo v Juliet: Dawn of Justness" will also be the final episode of Legends featuring husband and wife series regulars Brandon Routh and Courtney Ford, who respectively play founding Legend Ray Palmer/The Atom and ex-villain-turned-fairy godmother Nora Darhk on the show. This past Tuesday’s episode, “Mr. Parker’s Cul-de-Sac,” gave fans the in-universe reason behind the newly married characters’ impending departure.

While the two's departure will be sweet on the show, the reality is less pretty. Routh recently spoke about his exit, calling it "not well-handled." He has not provided any details other than the fact that it was not his intention to leave the series.

Airing Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on The CW, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow stars Caity Lotz, Dominic Purcell, Brandon Routh, Nick Zano, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, Tala Ashe, Matt Ryan, Jes Macallan and Courtney Ford.
