The Last of Us Part 2 Finally Has a Release Date

Announced during Sony PlayStation's State of Play live stream, PS4 players can get their hands on The Last of Part II on Feb. 21, 2020.

Naughty Dog's long-anticipated and upcoming third-person survival horror video game The Last of Us Part II made an appearance at PlayStation's September State of Play with a new trailer. Eager fans get a closer look at the combat gameplay as well as a taste of the story that seems to be focused on Ellie's revenge. The Last of Us Part II is set some time after the events of the first game.

The trailer also showed off the zombie-like enemies called Clickers, Joel's brother Tommy and even a first look at Joel himself. While players will be controlling Ellie in the sequel, it seems that Joel will be joining her on her revenge mission. You can view the new trailer below:
