Netflix has released a new trailer for its upcoming mystery/supernatural, The Irregulars.

The trailer opens with Dr. John Watson approaching a group of street kids known as the Baker Street Irregulars. "My business partner and I have been watching you from our apartment on Baker Street," Watson tells them, and the Irregulars soon find themselves in more danger than they expected when a portal between worlds is opened.

The Baker Street Irregulars first appeared in A Study in Scarlet in 1887 as a ragtag gang of young boys employed by Sherlock Holmes and gathered intelligence for the legendary detective. The Irregulars reimagines the gang with an older and more diverse group of teenagers, with Tom Bidwell (Watership Down) serving as series creator and showrunner. Netflix has previously delved into the realm of Sherlock Holmes adaptations with the film Enola Holmes, which starred Stranger Things' Millie Bobby Brown as the title character and Henry Cavill as Holmes himself.

Created by Tom Bidwell, The Irregulars stars Thaddea Graham as Bea and Darci Shaw as her sister Jessie; Jojo Macari as Billy, McKell David as Spike, Harrison Osterfield as Leopold, Royce Pierreson as Dr. Watson and Henry Lloyd-Hughes as Sherlock Holmes. The Irregulars starts streaming on Netflix March 26.
