Here's the latest of the daily voting threads for The Greatest ____ Stories Ever Told!

Our next character up for voting is Supergirl.

There have been many different Supergirls over the years. For the first 30 years or so, she was Superman's young cousin from Krypton. During the 1980s and early 1990s, she was revamped as a shape-shifting alien. That character was later merged with a human female for Peter David's Supergirl ongoing series (the longest-lasting Supergirl series so far). After a brief stint with a new character from the future named Cir-El, DC has since gone back to the original roots of Supergirl and re-introduced her as a cousin of Superman from Krypton.

You have until 11:59 PM Pacific time, May 16th to vote for your top ten favorite comic book stories featuring any of the above Supergirls! Your choices will be revealed on May 17th.

You vote by sending your top ten choices to bcronin@comicbookresources.com (make the subject heading clear that it is about The Greatest Supergirl Stories Ever Told Voting) by that time (you send your votes by e-mail, not in the comments to this piece).

Be sure to first click here to read about the rules and guidelines for the voting (so you don't vote for stuff that is ineligible, like you can't say "Peter David's Supergirl" - you have to pick a specific storyline or story!).

I'd prefer you not share your votes in the comments section - please let's keep it a surprise until the results go up. You can share your votes then if you'd like!

Have fun voting and be sure to check back May 17th to see the results!
