Here's the latest of the daily voting threads for The Greatest ____ Stories Ever Told!

Our next creator up for voting is John Ostrander.

Ostrander broke on to the comic book scene in the 1980s with work at First Comics, where he co-created Grimjack. He moved to DC Comics and wrote Legends, Suicide Squad, Manhunter and Firestorm during the 1980s. During the 1990s, he moved on to Spectre and the Martian Manhunter, as well as the maxi-series, The Kents. More recently, Ostrander has been doing lots of Star Wars comic books for Dark Horse.

You have until 11:59 PM Pacific time, November 5th to vote for your top ten favorite comic book stories written or co-written by John Ostrander! Your choices will be revealed on November 6th.

You vote by sending your top ten choices to bcronin@comicbookresources.com (make the subject heading clear that it is about The Greatest John Ostrander Stories Ever Told Voting) by that time (you send your votes by e-mail, not in the comments to this piece).

Be sure to first click here to read about the rules and guidelines for the voting (so you don't vote for stuff that is ineligible, like you can't vote for "John Ostrander's run on Spectre," you have to pick a specific story or story arc). Ostrander's series tend to contain distinct storylines (although annoyingly, much of his DC work has not been collected into trade paperbacks, so you don't have the aid of going by trades).

I'd prefer you not share your votes in the comments section - please let's keep it a surprise until the results go up. You can share your votes then if you'd like!

Have fun voting and be sure to check back November 6th to see the results!
