The Great Comic Book Cover Homage Streak: Week 124

It occurs to me that it seems like many comic book covers are homages. Which is fine with me. I have no problem with it. It just made me think, though, how long could I go before I hit a week where NO new comic book was released that had a cover that was an homage to something? Let's find out! Here is an archive of all the cover homages featured in the streak so far!

Due to delays, Flash homage cover month went one more week! I could have gone with the Ultimates #1 cover for Avengers, but that might not really count as an homage since it seems to literally be the same exact cover. Anyhow, like I said, Flash homage cover month went an extra week, so now we'll officially finish out Flash homage cover month with Kevin Nowlan's cover for Superman #38, which is homaging Curt Swan and Sheldon Moldoff's cover Superman's Girl Friend, Lois Lane #27.

One hundred and twenty-four weeks down! Will we make it to week one hundred and twenty-five?
