The Nov. 27 episode of Fox's The Gifted, titled "the dreaM," will feature fan-favorite character Lorna Dane/Polaris as she is forced to look inward regarding her shaky relationship with her father, as well as work to protect Dawn, her daughter, from the Inner Circle.

Alongside the information regarding the episode, an official image of Polaris' actress, Emma Dumont, sporting the character's iconic green headgear from the Marvel comic books has also been released. This accessory has been a staple of the magnetic mutant's outfit since she was first introduced 50 years ago, in the fall of 1968.
In addition to Polaris' trials, tribulations and comics-accurate wardrobe addition, "the dreaM" will also revolve around Reed, Caitlin and Lauren in their bid to get Reed's powers under control while Thunderbird and Blink continue to deal with the fallout of the Inner Circle's actions.

In attempts to stabilize Reed's powers, Reed, Caitlin and Lauren meet with Dr. Risman, a doctor who treats patients with debilitating X genes. However, Lauren finds out Dr. Risman is not who she thought she was. Following the Inner Circle's bank ambush, Thunderbird and Blink continue to work together to chase them down. Meanwhile, Polaris reflects on her troubled relationship with her father and takes steps to protect Dawn from the Inner Circle in the all-new "the dreaM" episode of THE GIFTED airing Tuesday, Nov. 27 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
