Entertainment Weekly has kicked off what will undoubtedly be several days' worth of stories with the debut of four covers devoted to -- what else? -- "Star Wars: The Force Awakens." They deliver new, or at least new-ish, images of Harrison Ford as Han Solo, Daisy Ridley as Rey, John Boyega as Finn, and R2-D2 and C-3PO.

Although it's unlikely director J.J. Abrams and the film's stars will spill any major secrets in the new double-sized issue, the magazine promises 32 pages of "on-set secrets," including never-before-seen images, plus details about Lupita Nyong’o’s pirate Maz Kanata, "what name Princess Leia is known by now," what's behind Luke Skywalker's disappearance, and the planet-sized weapon Starkiller Base. (We wouldn't bank on learning too much about Luke's whereabouts, however.)

Expect more nuggets throughout the day. "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" opens Dec. 18 in North America.
