"The Flash" alum Britne Oldford will play the female lead in Syfy's "Hunters," an alien drama produced by "The Walking Dead's" Gale Anne Hurd. She joins Australian actor Nathan Phillips, who was cast just last week.

Written by Natalie Chaidez ("Heroes"), it's based on Whitley Strieber’s 2013 novel "Alien Hunter," which centers on a Philadelphia cop (Phillips) obsessed with finding his missing wife. His search leads him to a secret government unit tasked with hunting a group of shadowy terrorists who may not be from this world.

According to Deadline, Oldford will play Regan, described as a "talented and valuable government operative."

The actress, who appeared on "American Horror Story: Asylum" and starred in the "Pretty Little Liars" spinoff "Ravenswood," was most recently scene on The CW's "The Flash," where she played the DC Comics villain Peek-a-Boo.

"Hunters,' which has received a 13-episode order from Syfy, is set to film in Melbourne, Australia.
