The Flash Season 5 Titles Hint At Family...and Tragedy

Flash Season 5 costume

With the upcoming fifth season of The Flash coming soon, it seems like big things are going to happen for Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) and his team, both good and bad.

According to SpoilerTV.com, the titles of the first six episodes of Season 5 hint at what's to come for the characters, including the debuts of little known Golden Age villains Rag Doll and the Icicle, more Nora West-Allen, and the death of a beloved supporting character.

It's the titles of the first and third episodes of the season, however, that draw our attention. The first episode, "Nora," shares the name of Barry and Iris's daughter (Jessica Parker Kennedy) from the future, which may give the audience more backstory on the character, and why she came back to the past. But the third episode's title has a more ominous ring to it: "The Death of Vibe."

One of the most uplifting characters in the Arrowverse since his debut in the second season of Arrow, Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes) has been one of Barry's closest friends since he first became The Flash, and eventually developed his own metahuman powers ( becoming the superhero Vibe), experiencing his own growth and development into the role of a champion. While the title could hint at something more, the odds don't seem great for Cisco surviving the season.
