Tonight's episode of "The Flash" saw the defeat of Grodd, one of Barry's greatest enemies. However, just as Team Flash celebrated their victory against the telepathic gorilla, another foe returned: Savitar. A new promo from "The Wrath of Savitar" shows that, while Savitar is still inside the Speed Force, he does have a way to communicate with someone in the natural world.

Next week on "The Flash," Savitar will tap into his connection to Wally West and begin to manipulate him. The promo shows Wally hallucinating Savitar as well as his late mother Francine. Wally received his speedster powers from Savitar, so that's likely how they are still connected. The promo also shows that Barry begins to lose faith in Wally, for fear that he is being used by Savitar to spy on the team.
