The West family is about to get even bigger. In "Luck Be a Lady," the latest episode of The Flash, Joe's girlfriend Cecile announced that she is pregnant.

After they argued over whether or not they should keep the West family house, Joe finally relented and agreed to look for a new home with Cecile. However, by this point, she had changed her mind.

"Funny thing, babe. I've actually had a change of heart," she started out.

"Really? You want to stay?" Joe interjected.

"You told me that you couldn't have asked for a better place to raise your kids, and it made me look at this house with new eyes," she explained. "Especially after I found out... Joe, I'm pregnant." Joe met Cecile with stunned silence after that, and the scene cut before he could properly respond.

Cecile's surprise pregnancy may also answer a question from the Season 4 premiere. When Barry first returned from the Speed Force, he spoke in what appeared to be gibberish. However, some of his lines stood out, including: "We're gonna need more diapers." Since Barry was experiencing time non-linearly at the moment he said this, he could have been referring to Joe and Cecile's new offspring.
