After making several appearances during CW's The Flash Season 4, Jessica Parker Kennedy returned as Nora West-Allen for the entirety of Season 5. A time-traveller from the future, Nora aimed to stop Cicada and destroy his/her dagger. However, in doing so, she and Team Flash freed Thawne/Reverse Flash moments before his execution at Iron Heights. This changed the timeline, causing her to disappear as her parents and new friends watched. Kennedy has now talked about her potential future on the CW series.

"With comic book characters, anything could happen," Kennedy told Collider. "She’s gone for now, but I think that there’s always a way to bring somebody back, on a show like that, and I definitely would be happy to do something like that. But yeah, as far as I know, she’s gone, for the moment.

Kennedy also talked about her experience on the show, saying, "I think just being able to play a superhero is something that everyone wants to do. There are so many movies and TV shows out there, so I feel really lucky that I got to participate in that and wear a superhero costume. It’s the most popular show on The CW, so I felt really grateful being able to be on it. Everyone was just incredibly welcoming, on that show. I felt like a part of the family, really quickly."

Returning this fall on The CW, The Flash stars Grant Gustin, Candice Patton, Carlos Valdes, Danielle Panabaker, Tom Cavanagh, Jesse L. Martin, Danielle Nicolet, Hartley Sawyer and Jessica Parker Kennedy.
