The aftermath of "Crisis on Infinite Earths" will haunt The Flash, as a new episode synopsis for the midseason premiere, "Marathon," teases problems for both Barry Allen and his wife Iris.

In the synopsis for the episode, Iris's life ends up in danger when she publishes a story in The Central City Citizen. Of course, Iris isn't one to back down and sets forth to reveal an insidious organization. Barry, however, will be dealing with his own problems, as he must contend with not only the fallout of "Crisis" but also completing the final wish of his late friend Oliver Queen, who died during the event (but not before creating a new Earth and Multiverse with the powers of The Spectre).
