After getting massive power-ups for DC's Year of the Villain from Lex Luthor, Leonard Snart/Captain Cold and his Rogues took over Central City, imprisoning Barry Allen/The Flash in the process. Cold, who has crowned himself King of the frozen city, has since seen his allies turn against him and siding with The Flash.
DC Comics has now provided CBR with an exclusive first look at The Flash #86, by Joshua Williamson and Christian Duce. The preview, which you can see alongside the solicitation information for the issue below, shows the beginning part of Captain Cold and The Flash's battle, with the latter unable to get a leg up over his empowered opponent.
