Netflix has released an eerily appropriate poster for the British dark comedy The End of the F***ing World that reveals the series will return of Season 2 on Nov. 5.

The poster features Jessica Barden's Alyssa wearing a wedding dress and sitting at the booth of the diner where she and James (Alex Lawther) had their first date. However, in the spot James occupied in Season 1 sits an urn, presumably full of his ashes following the season finale.

Creator Charlie Covell returned to write the follow-up season, which will continue to adapt Charles Forsman’s comic series of the same name. The show -- which debuted on UK's Channel 4 and Netflix in 2018, is based on Forsman’s story of James, a self-proclaimed psychopath who joins the rebellious and foul-mouthed Alyssa in running away from their small town. However, Season 1 ended with James seemingly being gunned down by police after it was assumed he kidnapped Alyssa.

Season 2 of The End of the F***ing World is produced by Clerkenwell Films and Dominic Buchanan Productions, with Murray Ferguson, Ed Macdonald, Andy Baker, Dominic Buchanan, and Jonathan Entwistle serving as executive producers. It debuts on Netflix Nov. 5.
