In this first look at the next episode of Marvel's "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.", Coulson and his crew go on a quest to find the mysterious Darkhold, a book which has connections to "Doctor Strange", and may be what is giving the ghosts, and the Ghost Rider himself, their powers. The promo shows the mystical book and a very dangerous situation at a prison -- hence the episode title, "Lockup."
