Eric Kripke, producer and writer of The Boys, posted a series of behind-the-scenes images from Season 2, Episode 5 of the Amazon Studios show. Along with these images, he also provided fans with some insight into two of his favorite lines.According to Kripke, the best line of the episode -- and possibly the entire season -- was completely ad-libbed by Colby Minifie, the actor who plays Ashley Barrett. In this scene, Ashley tries to convince A-train to act out his resignation scene and tells him, "Look I know it's not easy losing your job, okay? When I got fired, I tindered my way through Barcelona. Everyone in that city ate MY paella."RELATED: The Boys Takes Another Jab at Warner Bros.' Justice League

Kripke stated the writers did not write the line, and Minifie made it up on the spot. He also added that the best ad-libbed line from Season 1 of The Boys was, "You played my butt like jazz. With poise and skill and a willingness to improvise." It was ad-libbed by Hughie Campbell actor, Jack Quaid and said in Episode 5, "Good for the Soul". In this episode, the Boys infiltrate the "Believe Expo" and Hughie extorts the expo's host, Ezekiel, for information about Compound-V. Hughie says the line when trying to blackmail Ezekiel.

Amazon Studios' The Boys stars Karl Urban as Billy Butcher, Jack Quaid as Hughie, Laz Alonso as Mother's Milk, Tomer Kapon as Frenchie, Karen Fukuhara as the Female, Erin Moriarty as Annie January, Chace Crawford as the Deep, Antony Starr as Homelander, Aya Cash as Stormfront and Simon Pegg as Hughie's dad.
