Dexter alum Katia Winter has joined the Season 3 cast of The Boys.

Deadline reports Winter will portray Russian mob boss Little Nina in the upcoming third season of the Amazon Studios series.

Fans will recall that the Little Nina in Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson's The Boys comic book series works with Vought Industries and has a thing for sex toys. The character's death is also ranked among the best and most shocking moments in the comic.

News of Winter's casting comes just days after Aya Cash, who appeared as Stormfront in Season 2 of The Boys, hinted she doesn't expect her character to return for the third season.

"I'm not there now," Cash said, referring to the Canadian set of The Boys. "I'm on a new Fox show now called This Country." She added, "My contract for The Boys was only for a year so, who knows? Maybe they can CGI my face in."

Season 2 of The Boys ended with Cash's Stormfront being severely burned by Ryan -- the son of Homelander and Becca Butcher -- who was revealed to have heat vision powers like his dad. The Boys showrunner Eric Kripke shared more details about Stromfront's fate back in December 2020, saying at the time, "I will confirm that she is not dead and that she is now officially Stumpfront. She's just this kind of living torso. She cannot regenerate."

"The strength of Ryan's lasers -- which were surprisingly powerful -- are way more powerful than even Homelander's when Ryan gets angry enough," he added. "[The idea that] the woman who wanted the purity of a master race finds herself living for potentially centuries as a completely mutilated character -- we thought was the appropriate poetic just desserts for that little Nazi!"

Kripke also recently dropped some new PSA posters ahead of Season 3. Posted on Twitter, the posters feature superheroes Homelander and Queen Maeve encouraging their young fans that it's "super" to "show respect" and "be positive."

Winter is probably best known for her portrayal of Nadia -- a stripper for George Novikov at The Fox Hole club owned by the Koshka Brotherhood -- in Season 7 of Dexter. She also starred as Gwen Karlsson in Season 1 of CBS' Blood & Treasure and previously appeared as Katrina Crane on Fox's Sleepy Hollow.

Amazon Studios' The Boys stars Karl Urban as Billy Butcher, Jack Quaid as Hughie, Laz Alonso as Mother's Milk, Tomer Kapon as Frenchie, Karen Fukuhara as Kimiko, Erin Moriarty as Annie January, Chace Crawford as the Deep, Antony Starr as Homelander and Aya Cash as Stormfront. Seasons 3 has yet to receive a premiere date.
