Superhero parody show The Boys has released a "family photo" of the show's infamous team, The Seven. Posing in the conference room are Homelander, Starlight, Black Noir, Queen Maeve, A-Train, The Deep and… some green guy.

The image, which was shared on the series' official Twitter, shows one man in green makeup and a green hood. He is in fact Translucent, a member of The Seven. To bring the invisibility powers of Translucent to life, actor Alex Hassell wears green cloth and makeup to completely cover his skin. Green screen effects then complete the illusion of the invisible superhero.

The Boys is a popular series that debuted on Amazon Prime on July 26, 2019. The show depicts a world where superheroes are treated as celebrities, and are funded and managed by a large corporation. The plot dives deep into the various corrupt actions of the heroes behind the scenes, and it’s up to a team of normal individuals, The Boys, to expose them.

Translucent does not deviate from the dishonest reputation that many other superheroes have; "heroic" is far from the right word to describe his character. His crooked priorities show in one of his first scenes, in which he's complaining to The Seven of a loss in money.

The Boys’ operations against The Seven have caused major disruptions with the superhero team, causing them to slowly fall apart. This photo may be the last time fans can see the cast together in costume.

The Boys stars Karl Urban as Billy Butcher, Jack Quaid as Hughie, Laz Alonso as Mother's Milk, Tomer Kapon as Frenchie, Karen Fukuhara as the Female, Erin Moriarty as Annie January, Chace Crawford as the Deep, Antony Starr as Homelander and Simon Pegg as Hughie's dad. A Season 2 premiere date has not yet been announced.
