The Boys' Antony Starr recently took to social media to share an erotic fan-made painting that appears to show his villain character Homelander engaged in a lovers' quarrel with none other than Superman.

Posted on Starr's Instagram, the image shows Homelander dipping Superman in his arms while either biting or kissing the Man of Steel's neck. "Okidoke. It's not often I take a piece of fan art and repost on feed but this is something special," Starr captioned the image. "I can't tell but I’m pretty sure Homelander and Superman are locked in mortal combat... oooooor... very aggressive and combative flirting."

He continued, "So Homelander is either; Ripping the shite out of Superman’s throat...or...giving him one hell of a hicky [sic] to commemorate the moment." The actor further joked that "it's the former due to the angry facials" and praised the artist's depiction of his pup, Maxine Starr. In the far right corner of the painting, the actor's real-life pet is shown smiling at the camera and rocking a Homelander-inspired cape in shades of red, white and blue.

The actor also pointed out the presence of two other familiar faces in the painting, noting, "Then if we peek o’er yonder...low and behold, if it isn’t Seth Rogan watching on from a safe distance...probably has a buck on the line here in a wager with that monk dude." He ended the comedic rant with the note, "So all in all...one hell of a piece. I laughed til I cried and had to share. Toodle-pip."

Starr's fan art post came a few days before the actor shared a gruesome behind-the-scenes photo from Season 2 of The Boys. In the photo, Starr and co-star Aya Cash (Stormfront) are shown posing in a mock family photo while covered in fake blood and burns, as they appeared in the Season 2 finale. Cash's Stormfront is also depicted with no hair and without her left eye.
