Amazon Prime Video released a new look at Reggie Franklin/A-Train's costume upgrade in The Boys Season 3.

The image, which was published in SFX Magazine, shows off A-Train's new costume. In the photo, which you can see below, A-Train (Jessie Usher) is posing on a stage next to a statue of Homelander, the leader of The Seven, Vought's superhero team. It's not clear at this time what the context for this scene is in-universe, but the stage looks like the one used in the "American Hero" reality series, which is a superhero competition designed to select new members for The Seven.

A-Train is one of The Boys' most important supes. A parody of The Flash, A-Train killed Robin Ward (Jess Salgueiro) by accidentally running through her while addicted to the Compound V drug. This led Hughie Campbell (Jack Quaid) to join The Boys and take on Vought International. After the speedster suffered a heart attack in The Boys Season 1 finale, Homelander (Antony Starr) kicked A-Train off The Seven. This led to him joining the cult-like Church of the Collective. He eventually stole data from the church that was integral to bringing down Stormfront (Aya Cash) and was then welcomed back to The Seven for his initiative in exposing the Nazi supe. In March, Prime Video released a teaser for The Boys Season 3. That video provided a look at A-Train's new costume, revealing the character would get a brand-new suit that changes his color scheme.

Billy Butcher, the leader of The Boys, will also get superpowers, seemingly from a new form of Compound V. However, these new powers will supposedly only last for 24 hours at a time.

Based on the comic book series of the same name by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, The Boys premiered on Prime Video in 2019 and has proven a massive success for the streaming service. Both seasons of The Boys have received strong reviews from critics, and has reportedly already been renewed for a fourth season. In addition to the recently released animated spinoff The Boys Presents: Diabolical, another series centered on the G-Men -- the universe's take on the X-Men -- is in production.

The Boys Season 3 debuts June 3 on Prime Video.
