Big Bang Theory's Doctor Sheldon Cooper has two heroes: Leonard Nimoy and theoretical physicist Stephen Hawking. We know that Nimoy scheduled and shot a dream sequence for Sheldon and now TVLine reports that Hawking is not far behind.
Fans of the show will remember that Hawking's name has come up a number of times, which makes sense considering Cooper and his roommate Leonard Hofstadter are physicists. Hawking will join other real-life scientists like astrophysicists Neil deGrasse Tyson and George Smoot and theoretical physicist Brian Greene. Details about what role Hawking will play have yet to be revealed, but we do know that the episode will air April 5.
