An image from The Batman director Matt Reeves has provided fans with a new look at Catwoman actor Zoë Kravitz as she'll appear in the film.Ahead of The Batman's first full trailer at DC FanDome, the image captures Kravitz as Selina Kyle in an intense moment. This image is one of many to appear online in recent days as anticipation builds for both DC FanDome and The Batman. Reeves previously tweeted an image of Robert Pattinson as Batman overlooking Gotham City, with his back to the camera. Additionally, a series of posters released by Warner Bros. revealed a new look at Batman and Paul Dano's Riddler, who will be the main antagonist in the film. These posters cast the Dark Knight and the Riddler as visual opposites, cast in contrasting shades of red and black.

Reeves, Pattinson and Kravitz will all make appearances as DC FanDome, which will stream online on Saturday, Oct. 16. They are also set to appear in previously recorded segments introducing The Batman's new trailer. For all the expected fanfare, Pattinson teased some surprises are planned for DC FanDome, particularly as they pertain to Kravitz's Catwoman.

For her role as Selina Kyle, Kravitz underwent an intense physical transformation that was impacted dramatically by delays caused by COVID-19. Despite these difficulties, Kravitz spoke highly of the production, saying, "This felt like an independent movie in the way that there was real heart and soul and thought being put into the process and into every scene. It was incredibly collaborative."

DC FanDome is a virtual event that will provide fans with their first look at a number of upcoming video games, television shows, comic books and movies starring DC characters. In addition to the world premiere of the new trailer for The Batman, DC FanDome confirmed it will offer fans their first look at footage from Black Adam, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, Shazam! Fury of the Gods and DC League of Super-Pets. It will also play host to a number of celebrity guests, including the likes of Jason Momoa, Dwayne Johnson, John Cena, Ezra Miller, James Gunn, Lynda Carter, Patty Jenkins, J.J. Abrams and Zachary Levi, as well as comic book creators Scott Snyder, Jim Lee and Todd McFarlane.
