The release date for Matt Reeves' The Batman is just around the corner and many fans are eagerly awaiting its premiere. However, one fan decided not to wait patiently and pieced together an action sequence from the film using only footage from the trailers.

The video, posted on Reddit, utilizes all the available, relevant trailer footage to depict the intense chase scene between Robert Pattinson's Batman and Colin Farrell's Penguin. While some shots are obviously missing, overall, the fan-made edit has a coherent flow with smooth transitions and solid pacing.

There has been a recent wealth of promotional material for The Batman, including a short video that showcases how "The Bat and the Cat are one helluva duet" and a new still image that highlights the duo's tense relationship. Functioning as a reboot of the Batman film franchise, Reeves' film is set during the iconic crimefighter's second year of donning the mask. The story will follow the Dark Knight as he battles corruption in Gotham, while also pursuing Paul Dano's The Riddler, a serial killer who targets the rich and powerful.

Alongside Pattinson, Farrell and Dano, The Batman stars Zoë Kravitz as Selina Kyle/Catwoman, Jeffery Wright as James Gordon, John Turturro as Carmine Falcone and Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth. Joining Reeves on the production team is composer Michael Giacchino (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story), cinematographer Greig Fraser (Dune), co-writer Peter Craig (The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 and Part 2) and editor William Hoy (War for the Planet of the Apes).

Fanmade content and Reeves' new film aren't the only recent developments in the Batman multimedia franchise to the delight of fans. Gotham Knights, an action role-playing game, is set to launch for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC this year. The game follows Nightwing and other members of the Bat-Family after the shocking death of Batman, who must now step up and reclaim Gotham from the rampaging villains. Moreover, it has been confirmed that veteran comic book artist Sean Gordon Murphy will continue his unique take on the world of the Dark Knight in a new title, Batman: Beyond the White Knight.

There have also been multiple new Batman toys made available for preorder as well. This includes MacFarlane Toys' Batwoman Unmasked, a figure that depicts Batman Beyond's Elainna Grayson in her vigilante attire, and Sideshow Collectibles' 31.5" statue that recreates the classic cover of Frank Miller and Lynn Varley's Batman: The Dark Knight Returns #1 (1986).

The Batman is scheduled to arrive in theaters on March 4.
