Ever since arriving on the faraway planet of Sanctum at the start of Season 6, the last survivors from Earth onboard the Eligius IV have had to contend with the villainous Primes ruling the planet.
The CW has released a promo for the upcoming season finale, ominously titled "The Blood of Sanctum," as the Primes make a desperate bid to take over the spaceship, with Madi and Gaia in tow as hostages. Meanwhile, Sanctum itself has descended into violent chaos as the general populace succumbs to the effects of a toxin unleashed by the Primes to cover their escape.

As Clarke and Bellamy attempt to survive the widespread mayhem, the promo reveals Simone settling into her new host body: that of longtime main character Abby Griffin.
With all the conflicts and developments of Season 6 coming to a head, the finale is sure to bring a bloody climax to the characters' adventures on the alien world.
The 100 airs on The CW Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT. The series stars Eliza Taylor, Paige Turco, Marie Avgeropoulos, Bob Morley, Henry Ian Cusick, Lindsey Morgan, Richard Harmon and Tasya Teles.
