Terra Nova Star Moves to Netflix's Horror Series Hemlock Grove

Well, it looks like Netflix will be getting its hands on Terra Nova after all -- or at least one of the show's actors. While a deal fell through for the content carrier to pick up the Steven Spielberg-produced time-travel series, actor Landon Liboiron must have made an impression on someone because, according to The Hollywood Reporter, he'll star in the upcoming Netflix series Hemlock Grove.

A 13-episode horror series set in Pennsylvania, Hemlock Grove will be directed and executive produced by Eli Roth of Hostel fame. Liboiron is set to play Peter alongside Bill Skarsgard's Roman. The duo take it upon themselves to solve the murder of a young girl in their Rust Belt town only to discover some nasty truths about their fellow residents and themselves. Author Brian McGreevy, whose book the series is based on, will be joined by a top-notch group of genre writers, including Lee Shipman (Zorro Reborn), Eric Newman (Dawn of the Dead), Michael Connolly (How to Train Your Dragon) and Mark Verheiden (Battlestar Gallactica).
