With its domestic theatrical run winding down, Warner Bros. has announced plans for Tenet's home video release.

According to Deadline, Tenet will drop on physical and digital home video on Dec. 15. The HD physical media versions of Tenet will come with a new behind-the-scenes featurette entitled Looking at the World in a New Way: The Making of Tenet. No other bonus material has been announced as of yet.

The announcement of Tenet's home video release comes before Tenet has been able to play theatrically in two of the biggest cities in America, New York City and Los Angeles. WB has not said how Tenet's December home video launch will affect theatrical release plans in those areas.

After numerous delays, Tenet was released in theaters on Sept. 3. The first big blockbuster to be released since movie theaters closed due to the pandemic, Tenet has grossed $53.8 million domestically. However, it has fared better overseas, having amassed $293.3 million.

Written and directed by Christopher Nolan, Tenet stars John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Kenneth Branagh, Dimple Kapadia, Martin Donovan, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Himesh Patel, Clémence Poésy, Denzil Smith and Michael Caine. The film is now playing in theaters overseas and in select U.S. cities.
