'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' Pushed Back Two Months to August 2014

The Michael Bay-produced Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has experienced another delay, albeit a relatively small one: Paramount Pictures has pushed back the film's opening from June 6, 2014 to Aug. 8, 2014.

It's at least the third move for the comic-book adaptation, whose opening was first shuffled from December 2013 to May 2014 following a production shutdown last summer, and then from May 16, 2014 to June 6.

Directed by Jonathan Liebesman from a script by Josh Appelbaum, Andrew Nemec, Art Marcum, Matt Holloway and John Fusco, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles stars Megan Fox as April O'Neil, Alan Ritchson as Raphael, Jeremy Howard as Donatello, Pete Ploszek as Leonardo, Noel Fisher as Michelangelo, Will Arnett as Vernon Fenwick, Danny Woodburn as Master Splinter, and William Fichtner as Shredder.
