After merely two-and-a-half decades since the film's release, Leonardo's costume from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III is finally available to purchase. As part of the Prop Store's Entertainment Memorabilia Auction held in London, the costume is estimated to be worth between $11,000-$16,000.According to the official description of the costume originally worn by Mark Casso, the lucky bidder's purchase includes "a green turtle bodysuit consisting of foam latex cast elements over a spandex base, with dense-foam chest and shell elements, leather knee and elbow pads, and a leather sheath setup for Leonardo's swords."

As for the condition of the costume itself, it's quite apparent that the crime-fighting turtle has seen better days. The Prop Store warns potential buyers that both the head and body "show substantial breakdown" and "require restoration." Unfortunately, if you were looking to don the costume yourself this Halloween, you may need to look elsewhere.

Voiced by Brian Tochi and performed by Mark Casso, Leonardo is one of the four TMNT to appear in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III. Directed by Stuart Gillard, the film released in 1993 and was the final installment in the trilogy.
