AMC's live chat show "Talking Dead" will be air a special 90-minute edition on Sunday, Oct. 23, following the Season Seven premiere of "The Walking Dead."

That should give a sense of just how much host Chris Hardwick and the guests will have to unpack about the premiere, which will resolve the Season Six cliffhanger by revealing which member of Rick Grimes' group falls victim to Negan.

The "Talking Dead" episode will feature executive producers Scott M. Gimple and Robert Kirkman, as well as all 12 cast members involved in that anxiously awaited scene: Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, Lauren Cohan, Danai Gurira, Michael Cudlitz, Sonequa Martin-Green, Chandler Riggs, Josh McDermitt, Christian Serratos, Ross Marquand and Jeffery Dean Morgan.

Given that episode director Greg Nicotero promised that the premiere will make fans mad, perhaps we can expect a significant portion of the extra time to be allotted to viewer outcry.

"The Walking Dead" returns for its seventh season Sunday, Oct. 23, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on AMC, followed at 10 p.m. by the special edition of "Talking Dead."
