Summary
Based on the manga series created by Fumita Yanagida, Tomo-chan Is a Girl! is an anime adaptation that centers around tomboy Tomo Aizawa. Tomo and her childhood friend Junichiro Kubota are best friends; they're "bros" in the truest sense. However, Tomo has feelings for Junichiro, and unfortunately for her, he only sees her as one of the guys. From explicit confessions to misguided attempts to communicate her feelings, Junichiro remains oblivious to her advances. Tomo-chan Is a Girl! chronicles Tomo's relentless quest to finally gain the affection of her best friend.
