Junji Ito's 1987 debut manga will receive the deluxe treatment this winter with the release of a hardcover omnibus edition from Viz Media.
"It actually goes back to the series I worked on before, 'Rave Master,'" Hiro Mashima explains. "In one episode, there was a scene where a group of guys are hanging out at a bar. That was fun to draw. So I wanted to draw a manga with the feel of guys hanging out at a bar."
Guillermo del Toro has revealed "Gyo" creator Juni Ito was part of the team working on the canceled "Silent Hills" video game.
