Symbiote Spider-Man: Alien Reality #1 will see the titular hero being transported to an alternate reality in which Kraven the Hunter, one of his most fearsome foes and the villain whom he was fighting, is actually a hero. The preview seems to indicate the alternate reality is due to a toxin with which Kraven has poisoned Spider-Man, but it's unclear if that's actually the case.
