DC's next edition of its 100-page Walmart specials is an October Halloween-themed issue starring Swamp Thing, with a story by writer Brian Azzarello (Batman: DamnedThe Dark Knight III: The Master Race) and artist Greg Capullo (Dark Nights: MetalBatman: Last Knight On Earth).

The publisher has released a five-page preview of Azzarello and Capullo's 12-page "Horror" story in Swamp Thing Halloween Horror Special, featuring the "Protector of the Green," goblins and a mysterious one-eyed girl who recalls a previous encounter with the hero of the story, Swamp Thing.
