Supernatural Stars Compare S15 Premiere to Walking Dead, Game of Thrones

Supernatural is going big for its fifteenth and final season. According to star Misha Collins, who plays Castiel, the Season 15 premiere will channel some of the biggest fantasy shows in recent memory.

The report clarified that Castiel and the Winchesters don't team up with the actual Devil (been there, done that). In the Season 14 finale, Sam and Dean Winchester came to the horrifying realization that the course of their lives had been personally steered by God's whim; every hardship, every tragedy had been crafted by God for his own entertainment. When they pushed back, God retaliated in kind, launching what may well be the end of everything. Heading into Season 15, the Winchesters will have to rail against the Creator himself to find peace at last.

Returning Thursday, Oct. 10 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW for its final season, Supernatural stars Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, Misha Collins, and Alexander Calvert.
