Supernatural star Misha Collins will appear in the upcoming Gotham Knights TV series as Harvey Dent aka Two-Face.

Collins broke this news on his Twitter, tweeting out an image of what appears to be an action figure of Aaron Eckhart's Two-Face as he was portrayed in Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight. "I've asked if my version of the character could be wearing a beige trench coat over the grey suit," tweeted Collins, referencing his beloved Supernatural character Castiel. The actor joked that he may be uncomfortable appearing on camera without the apparel with which he has become synonymous.

Collins is the latest addition to the cast of Gotham Knights which continues to grow its roster of Bat-Family members and villains. While next to nothing is known about the upcoming show, the initial announcement confirmed that the story will take place after the death of Batman. The brief synopsis states that the series will follow Bruce Wayne's "rebellious adopted son" who forges an alliance with the children of the children of the Caped Crusader's rogues gallery when they're all framed for his murder. This unlikely team will seemingly step up to prevent their city from descending into chaos and assume the title of the Gotham Knights.

While Collins' Two-Face may be exciting for Batman fans, he's not the first member of the Dent family to be cast in Gotham Knights. The CW recently confirmed that Olivia Rose Keegan will play Duela Dent, otherwise known as Joker's Daughter. While she shares Harvey's last name, the unhinged villain claims to be the offspring of several notable villains. Alongside this announcement, the network also revealed that Navia Robinson will step into the boots of Carrie Kelly, the first female Robin who debuted in Frank Miller's The Dark Knight Returns.

Beyond The CW, fans can also look forward to the Gotham Knights video game which launches on Oct. 25, 2022. Similar set after Batman's death, players will control Barbara Gordon's Batgirl, Tim Drake's Robin, Nightwing and Red Hood as they attempt to combat a horde of villains all vying for control of the titular series. Beyond villains like The Penguin and Mr. Freeze, the game will also heavily feature The Court of Owls, a sinister organization that pulls that quietly pulls the strings of Gotham from the shadows.

The Gotham Knights video game launches on 25 Oct. while The CW's series does not yet have a release date.
